Run your own race at the Doha Marathon by Ooredoo
The 15th edition of the Doha Marathon by Ooredoo, scheduled for 15 January 2027, is set to be the largest ever. With over 25,000 participants expected, this year’s event promises a vibrant atmosphere and exciting activities for families.
Starting and finishing at Hotel Park, the marathon route along Doha’s picturesque corniche ensures a scenic and safe experience for both runners and spectators.

Relay Team
Split the 42 KM. Finish it together.
Four runners take on the full marathon distance of 42.195 km as a team, with each runner completing one assigned leg of the course.
As one runner finishes, the next picks up exactly where they left off, working together all the way to the finish line.

Ooredoo Qatar has been awarded the “Rawda” Award for Excellence in Social Work for Doha Marathon by Ooredoo, recognising its lasting contribution to community development and social impact in Qatar.
Presented as part of the inaugural edition of Qatar’s first national award dedicated to excellence in social work, the recognition highlights the marathon’s success in promoting health, inclusion, volunteering, and community participation while creating sustainable social value aligned with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
